Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The engineer actively oversees the progress of tasks, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures seamless integration of components within the broader system landscape. Collaboration and leadership are central to driving the project forward successfully.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
- Strong knowledge of financial modules within Oracle EBS and their integration points.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle EBS Financials to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within Oracle EBS Financials environments.
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL scripting related to Oracle applications.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
