Position Overview
This Northeast regional position is structured for drivers who want a predictable work week with consistent freight and minimal disruption between loads. Instead of constantly rotating through new lanes, drivers operate within established corridors where freight demand stays steady and routes remain familiar.
Route & Schedule
Freight in this division runs throughout Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and surrounding states. Most loads are dry van with a strong drop-and-hook percentage, helping reduce time spent at shipping locations and allowing drivers to stay focused on miles. The schedule typically runs during the week with a reset at home on the weekend, creating a routine drivers can rely on.
Weekly Pay
Drivers in this position normally earn between $1,250 and $1,450 per week depending on miles and performance. A $1,200 weekly pay protection is available for qualifying weeks, helping keep income consistent when freight volume fluctuates. Paychecks are processed every Friday, and many drivers stay on repeat lanes that support stable weekly earnings.
Equipment
Drivers are assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia tractors with automatic transmission, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and double bunk sleepers. Equipment is maintained on a consistent service schedule to reduce downtime and keep trucks operating reliably throughout each run.
Additional Information
This position offers a combination of steady miles, weekend home time, and consistent dispatch planning. Drivers benefit from running within a defined network that limits unnecessary delays and supports a more predictable weekly flow.
Orientation
Orientation lasts about two to three days. Hotel and meals are provided, and orientation pay is included with the first paycheck. Drivers leave orientation with a clear understanding of their routes, dispatcher, and weekly expectations.
