Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bot Development Specialist to design, build, and maintain advanced conversational AI solutions. This role involves working on cutting-edge technologies to deliver seamless user experiences through voice and chat interfaces, integrating with telephony systems, and deploying solutions on cloud platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring performance, scalability, and operational excellence for enterprise-grade bots. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.
What we are looking for
- Design & Develop Bots: Build intelligent bots using Kore.AI and other platforms, ensuring robust lifecycle management.
- Integrate Voice & Telephony Services: Implement voice bot solutions integrated with Genesys/CXOne for superior customer engagement.
- Enable Cloud Deployments: Deploy and manage solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Optimize Performance: Debug, monitor, and optimize bot performance for reliability and efficiency.
- Support Operations: Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support for deployed solutions.
- Collaborate in Agile Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/ADO.
