KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for analyzing and recommending optimization of the Workday benefit module.
- Responsible for supporting the Workday benefit module configuration, testing, and configuration issue resolution process (e.g., US open enrollment)
- Troubleshoot HRIS benefit module issues/errors with quick resolution and perform root cause analysis
- Perform the testing of Workday system benefit module releases and enhancements
- Responsible for overseeing the technical solution between Workday and benefits vendors
- Design and implement new benefits, wellness initiatives, and employee experience enhancements within the Workday benefit module
- Perform audits to ensure data integrity within the Workday benefit module
- Assists with development of new Workday benefit reports
- Ensure benefits module configuration meets regional statutory requirements
- Support benefits administration and process improvement as required
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
- Two-year college degree, or equivalent, in computer science or related technical field, plus a minimum of three years technical support experience providing HRIS support in a professional environment.
- Workday benefits module hands-on experience for at least 2 years and some Workday learning courses or certification strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and understanding of when to adapt from standard procedures.
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively in team settings and contribute to group problem-solving.
- Includes problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps.
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, troubleshooting, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to a changing and fast-paced environment; able to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and adherence to privacy guidelines.
- Working knowledge of MS operating systems and applications.
- Proficient PC Skills, including but not limited to: Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, E-Mail clients, and Web Browsers.
