Description and purpose of the position:
- Provide professional service to clients regarding banking products and services.
- Identify and understand clients’ financial needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
- Perform transactions and foreign exchange operations – work with cash.
- Actively participate in achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate daily with colleagues from different parts of the Bank and work in teams.
Required experience and qualifications:
- University degree (VSS/VŠS) in finance, economics, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in banking or sales is desirable but not mandatory.
Required skills and knowledge:
- Developed communication skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- High level of expertise and dedication to providing top customer service and sales skills.
