DescriptionProvides transactional and administrative support of HR's day-to-day operational workflow. Supports various HR services, including benefits, compensation, employee relations, payroll, training and HRIS, to ensure systems are updated and processes followed. Ensures employment information is entered, updated and maintained within the HR data management systems. Ensures questions are addressed accurately and in a timely manner, escalating and properly routing complex/sensitive issues to the appropriate individual or department.

- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience with HR systems and virtual onboarding platforms is an advantage.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR Shared Services.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
