The Digital Content & Communications Executive will be responsible for managing and executing all digital content initiatives for Enpro Industries. This includes creating engaging content for social media, maintaining the company website, designing visual assets, producing short-form videos, drafting newsletters, and managing corporate events. The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, and adept at leveraging AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently.

Content Creation & Social Media Management
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Design visually compelling graphics, banners, and creatives using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar web-based tools
  • Script, shoot (basic), and edit short-form videos and reels for social media and internal communication
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting and audience engagement
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategy to maximise reach and engagement
Newsletter & Website Management
  • Research, write, design, and distribute the company's internal and external newsletters on a regular basis
  • Update and maintain the company website — upload news, blogs, announcements, banners, and event updates
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to source accurate and timely content for digital publishing
  • Ensure all website content is SEO-friendly, on-brand, and error-free
AI-Powered Content Development
  • Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) to ideate, draft, and refine content quickly and effectively
  • Use AI-based image generation and video tools to supplement creative output
  • Stay current with AI advancements and bring new tools and techniques to enhance content quality
Event Management Support
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, townhalls, and employee engagement activities
  • Create event collaterals, including invites, brochures, banners, social media posts, and post-event coverage
  • Document events through photography/videography and publish post-event content
Global Business Expo & Trade Show Management
  • End-to-end coordination and management of Enpro’s participation in business expos and trade shows.
  • Liaise with expo organisers, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless stall setup, branding, and participation
  • Design and produce all expo-related marketing materials — stall branding, product displays, brochures, digital screens, and promotional merchandise
  • Create pre-expo buzz through social media campaigns and post-expo highlights to maximise visibility and engagement
  • Maintain an annual expo calendar, track deadlines, manage budgets, and prepare post-event reports summarising reach, leads, and outcomes
Technical / Digital Skills
• Canva, Adobe Express, or similar web-based design tools
• Basic to intermediate video editing (CapCut, InShot, Filmora, Premiere Rush, or similar)
• Proficiency with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
• CMS/website management (WordPress or similar)
• Working knowledge of social media platforms & analytics
• Basic photography skills (advantageous)

• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Eye for aesthetics, detail-orientation, and brand consistency
• Quick learner with enthusiasm for new digital trends

Qualifications & Experience
  • Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory)
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications
  • Demonstrated portfolio of creative work — social media posts, graphics, videos, or newsletters
  • Prior experience in corporate communications or a corporate environment will be considered a distinct advantage
