Assistant Manager – Sales (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka)

Role Objective

Drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka by acquiring and managing food service (HoReCa) clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new HoReCa clients (QSRs, cloud kitchens, restaurants, caterers)
  • Drive sales of customised food solutions
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts
  • Coordinate product trials and sampling with R&D / Application team
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase teams, and decision-makers
  • Track market trends and customer needs
  • Ensure smooth order execution and delivery coordination
  • Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting

Key Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B / HoReCa / food service sales
  • Strong territory management and client acquisition skills
  • Experience in food ingredients / seasoning / FMCG preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region
