Assistant Manager – Sales (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka)

Role Objective
Drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka by acquiring and managing food service (HoReCa) clients
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new HoReCa clients (QSRs, cloud kitchens, restaurants, caterers)
- Drive sales of customised food solutions
- Manage and grow key customer accounts
- Coordinate product trials and sampling with R&D / Application team
- Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase teams, and decision-makers
- Track market trends and customer needs
- Ensure smooth order execution and delivery coordination
- Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B / HoReCa / food service sales
- Strong territory management and client acquisition skills
- Experience in food ingredients / seasoning / FMCG preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region
