Description1. HR Business Partnering Support
- Support HRBPs in partnering with Finance SSC leaders on day-to-day HR matters
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives aligned with business needs
- Act as a first point of contact for basic employee queries and escalations
2. Workforce Coordination & HR Operations
- Support manpower tracking and updates in coordination with HR Ops and Finance teams
- Maintain accurate employee data and organizational structures in HR systems
- Assist in onboarding, transfers, and exits for SSC employees
3. Recruitment Coordination
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team for tracking open positions
- Coordinate interview scheduling and closure tracking for SSC roles
- Ensure smooth communication between hiring managers and recruiters
4. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support execution of engagement initiatives within FSSC
- Assist in organizing town halls, feedback sessions, and pulse surveys
- Help drive communication of HR policies and updates

- Ensure timely escalation and closure of issues
- Maintain confidentiality and fairness in handling concerns

- Ensure data accuracy across HR systems
