Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute HR special projects aligned with organizational goals and business priorities
  • Prepare and manage HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review
  • Track key HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, hiring status, and engagement scores
  • Drive and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend action plans
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and documentation
  • Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to company HR practices
  • Facilitate internal communication and culture-building activities
  • Provide support in organizational development and change management initiatives.


Desired Profile:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
  • 4 – 7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry
  • Strong experience in HR MIS, reporting, and data analysis
  • Exposure to employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems/tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment
