Responsibilities:
Lead and execute HR special projects aligned with organizational goals and business priorities
Prepare and manage HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review
Track key HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, hiring status, and engagement scores
Drive and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend action plans
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives
Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and documentation
Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to company HR practices
Facilitate internal communication and culture-building activities
Provide support in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Desired Profile:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
4 – 7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry
Strong experience in HR MIS, reporting, and data analysis
Exposure to employee engagement and culture initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems/tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment
