Job Summary:

The Area Sales is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding the market presence of  uPVC doors and windows in the assigned territory

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for uPVC doors and windows.
2. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
3. Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of retail sales processes, strategies, and techniques to achieve targets and grow market share.
4. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with uPVC doors and windows or related construction products.
5. Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, monitor collection, and analyze financial data.
6. Market Analysis: Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams and external partners.
7. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems related to sales and customer relationships.
8. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with retail partners and distributors.
