Job Responsibilities:
The Magna HR systems team is a fast-growing team meant to support day to day activities of Payroll and HR practitioners within our Canadian and US operations. This role is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for the Dayforce Time and Payroll modules.
Your Responsibilities
Provide support for Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance inquiries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
Assist with system configurations, testing, and validation of Payroll and Time & Attendance modules
Analyze and resolve system issues or enhancement requests
Assist in developing and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and documentation for system processes
Respond to tickets and user queries with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and follow-up
Support training sessions
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a motivated Dayforce Support Analyst to join our HRIS support team with a focus on Payroll & Time & Attendance in Dayforce, complemented by foundational knowledge of payroll processes and employee life cycles

Your preferred qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
Experience: 1-2 years in an HR, payroll, or systems support role; Dayforce experience preferred
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of payroll processes and calculations
Familiarity with Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance systems
Experience with HRIS system configurations
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, mainly Excel
Ability and eagerness to learn system configurations
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective and professional communication and customer service abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and issue resolution
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
