This role demands the best and brightest; the ideal candidate will be self- motivated, accountable, technically strong and offers a diverse skillset that aligns with the key qualifications listed above.
• A successful candidate has strong technical skills, passion to create intuitive user experiences; with a keen eye for details to design & deliver results which would surprise & delight our customers.
• You will be challenged to find creative solutions to technical problems, feel comfortable working with complex systems and large data sets.
• Build prototypes for testing, to flesh out designs and refine interactions.
• Actively collaborate with business partners and engineering teams on innovative solutions, requirements, scope and project deliverables.
- 8+ years experience building pixel-perfect, robust and accessible user interfaces for the web.
- 5+ years experience in front-end design and JavaScript libraries such as AngularJS, ReactJS, VueJS, jQuery.
- 5+ years experience with CSS3 and Less/Sass (ability to write mixins, partials, functions etc) and usage in large scale applications.
- Experience in web analytics, accessibility, standards and SEO techniques.
- Strong visual design balanced with usability and interaction design skills.
- Experience in gathering inputs from users & partners and use your design thinking and experience to help shape project requirements and scope.
- Apply standard methodologies with strong consideration for accessibility, scalability, and ease of maintenance.
- Strong presentation skills and experience in crafting visually engaging presentations.
- Experience working with multiple teams on multiple projects at once.
