Responsible for leading both short and long-term projects that set the bar, surprise, and delight, and drive tangible growth at unprecedented WW scale, all while working with a diverse group of cross-functional partners. Work with immensely talented teams to produce your best, most innovative work, helping leave the world better than we found it. Define Apple’s approach should be, leading the end-to-end planning, management, and delivery of a key focus area. Become intimately familiar with global industry trends through deep subject matter research. Analyze quantitative and qualitative behavioral and business performance data to identify relevant insights and corresponding recommendations. Prepare strategic briefs outlining new and innovative personalized experience ideas and concepts, throughout customers’ journeys. Develop and manage a holistic, multi-year digital personalization strategy and roadmap. Represent a customer experience and business innovation point of view in large cross-functional forums as we design, prototype, test, execute, and launch. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 - $221,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.   • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in business administration or related major and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
  • Leading cross-functional digital transformation with experience in personalization and/or Applied Intelligence
  • Building advanced multi-year business cases (in Excel), outlining revenue/cost opportunities to inform annual planning and prioritization
  • Utilizing Applied Intelligence to personalize user experiences
  • Creating strategic briefs and synthesized updates using Keynote
  • Data analytical skills used to identify trends, root causes, insights, and actionable recommendations on business opportunities – using Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Excel (or other similar analytics tools)
  • International/global experience to conduct benchmarking and identify leading trends globally
  • Ideating and developing project roadmaps related to business strategies and customer experiences in order to drive innovation, commercial results, and/or address complex problems
