By focusing on short form content and social platform expertise, we aim to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, business growth by expanding Microsoft’s presence across workforce audiences.
In this role, you will focus on building a center of excellence for delivering engaging and inspirational short-form skilling content (15 minutes or less) to drive net new learner adoption of cloud, security, and a deep focus on AI for developers within the Worldwide Learning organization. As the Senior Learning Manager for Developers, you will be responsible for leading and driving the direction of short-form skilling for deeply technical audiences through a new operational model and cultivating new partnerships, deepening our connection to Microsoft and our partner demand generation engines, and building a steady stream of entertaining and effective skill building for learners around the world. You will also focus on audience insights and how they learn, partnering with the social skilling, marketing, and technical teams building short-form content, and help define our developer skilling experiences across our latest learning modalities to drive AI skilling at scale.

Integrated Learning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
